Flex & Rigid Flex

Rigid flex and flexible boards are suitable for devices where you need to save space. Those boards can be bend into 3D shapes which gives you new dimension in design.  We produce rigid-flex boards with maximum 6 layer on rigid part. Flexible connection or flexible board can have 2 layers and for better fixation we can stick it with stiffener too. 

Multilayer PCB (ML PCB)

Multilayer PCBs can be defined as PCBs that have 3 or more layers. We can produce the most complex boards in a short time. There are a large number of their variants and it depends on the specific customer requirement what the final multilayer board will look like. The composition of multilayer PCBs can be assembled from the offered materials (cores, prepreg), so that the required thickness of the PCB and the insulation distances between the individual layers are achieved. HDI (High Density Interconnect) PCB

Modern lines and the newest technologies allow us to manufacture also multilayer HDI boards. During board design developers may use interconnection of layers through blind and buried holes, gradual lamination and other integration for reduction of installed board and thus save precious space inside of a product.


Double sided PCB (2L PCB)

Boards with circuits on both sides and conductively connected using plated through holes are common standard with us. Mostly PTH (Plated Through Holes) and SMT (Surface Mount Technology) technologies are used. 


Single sided IMS boards for PCB (1L PCB)

IMS boards are mostly used with PCB with higher requirement for heat removal. They are used with simple equipment like LED applications. Therefore the intensity of production is much lower and we cope with it really routinely.
